Mount-Sea Dream City
Under the trend of globalization, a city well known for its nature and history needs to explore a new development model—leading development, natural ecology, caring community, and a model of homecoming development. Vanke Erhai Dream City, is the city that belongs to the Dali and Erhai Lake.
ZEKE Retail Mall
Inspired by the ripples of the water, the design divides the façade into a large area of LED and billboards and a large interactive area within the inner square of the glass and terrace based on the visibility of the main street and the interaction with the central plaza. In the southern main square, the image of the sawtooth whale is combined with the existing marine themed landscape.
KL HEART
A competiton scheme to develop high density mixed use development at the heart of Kuala Lumpur city centre. Our vision is to integrate the surrounding heritage attractions, eco-nature park and KL Tower to create a new landmark residential neighbourhood with tourism attractions offering culture & heritage trails, nature & city park, retail & F&B for residents and visitors a like. This project is destined to become a new city postcard for Kuala Lumpur.
INCITY
A memorable large scale retail destination in the centre of the city integrated with surrounding wetland and central park. The project will become the commercial heart of new waterfront CBD in centre of Wenzhou. This new life style centre includes entertainment hub, leisure & fun garden, knowledge box, art walk and tourism/cultural centre providing a variety of attractions to the whole family and visitors to Wenzhou.
GRAND HARBOUR
The project is positioned as an ultra high-end neighbourhood forthe elite upper class in Hubei province. Classical façade design clad in stone symbolizes prestige and exclusiveness. The masterplan and landscape design integrates social， recreational and cultural activities creating an attractive environment and quality of life.
XINGLIN LANE
Plus 8 was appointed by client to propose revitalization concepts for Xinglin Li, a neighbourhood in Xiamen. Plus 8 proposal recreates a vibrant, livable community by improving the connectivity between urban blocks, introducing neighbourhood center, landscaping and vitalizing the waterfront, and proposing a car free zone in the middle of the community.
